Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account: your phone number, or your name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Security: your PIN is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form. SMS verification codes expire after 5 minutes.
• Purchases: betslips you buy, amount, mobile money number and payment reference.
• Activity: tipsters you follow and basic device information needed to run the app.

2. How we use it

• To create your account and verify your number by SMS.
• To process payments and unlock the betslips you buy.
• To send receipts and important account messages.
• To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run Mikeka Zone: our mobile money payment processor, our SMS provider, our email provider and our secure cloud hosting. We may disclose information when required by Tanzanian law.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored with access controls so only you (and authorised administrators) can see your purchases and unlocked content.

5. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active, and payment records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

You can view your purchases in your profile and request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. You may also ask us to correct your information.

7. Children

Mikeka Zone is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date above.
