Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mikeka Zone ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to take part in sports betting where you live. You are responsible for following the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and your location.

3. What we offer

Mikeka Zone is a marketplace where independent tipsters publish betting predictions ("betslips"). Some betslips are paid; payment unlocks the booking code and match picks. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets.

4. No guarantees

Tips are opinions and predictions only. Results are never guaranteed, and past performance does not predict future results. You alone decide whether to place any bet, and you accept all losses.

5. Accounts

• Keep your PIN private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Provide a phone number you own.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or resale of paid content.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in TZS before you pay through mobile money. Once a betslip is unlocked and its code is shown, the purchase is final and non-refundable, including when the tip loses. If you are charged but the betslip does not unlock, contact us and we will investigate.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy, share or resell unlocked content, attempt to bypass payments, interfere with the app, or impersonate tipsters or other users.

8. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and seek help.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mikeka Zone is not liable for betting losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
